4DWW will be rolled out within our school, when we have a full complement of staff, and within the next year - so there's never been a more exciting time to join us!

Job Title: Humanities Teacher

Location: Crookhey Hall, Cockerham, LA2 0HA

Salary: GBP31,650 per annum (not pro rata)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Humanities Teacher to join our team at Crookhey Hall, Cockerham.

About the role

As a Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.

This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding, and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.

Under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, carry out the professional duties of a schoolteacher as set out in current policies. Uphold the professional code of the GTC. Teach in accordance with the ethos, organisation, and policies of the school as a dedicated member of the teaching team.
