4DWW will be rolled out within our school, when we have a full complement of staff, and within the next year – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join us #teamOFG!
As a Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil’s achievement and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.
Under the reasonable direction of the Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, carry out the professional duties of a schoolteacher as set out in the current School policies. Uphold the professional code of the GTC. Teach in accordance with the ethos, organisation and policies of the school as a fully committed member of the teaching team and as detailed in the specific duties and core standards below.
Crookhey Hall School is a SEMH school for boys and girls aged 10-17, providing an educational experience that promotes academic, vocational, social skills, and personal growth, helping students reach their full potential and prepare for positive societal contribution.
Located in a 15-acre countryside setting near Lancaster, having a driving licence is beneficial due to the location.
