Job description

Aspire People are currently seeking a Qualified Humanities Teacher to teach KS3-4 in one of secondary schools in a beautiful Cheshire high school.
You will be responsible for delivering and planning lessons to GCSE standard.
This role is from September until December with possibility for further extension. The position is for 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
You will need to hold QTS or NQT and have experience teaching Geography to KS3. (qualified teachers with History or RE background who are eager to learn a new subject will be considered)
The school is looking for a confident teacher with good communication and behaviour management.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching Geography in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Aspire People if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Aspire People, you must:

* Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
* Provide two professional child related references.
