Here at Supply Desk we are looking for a driven Humanities Teacher (RE, Geography or History) for a school in the Amersham area –

The Role:
  1. A resourceful individual to encourage pupils to reach their full potential
  2. You will be working with key stage 3-5 pupils teaching a full-time table of humanities
  3. Delivering your specialist humanities subject at KS5 (RE / Geography / History)
  4. Planning lessons and marking will be involved with this role
  5. Follow the schools behaviour code
  6. Promotion is available for the right candidate
Requirements for the Role:
  1. Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
  2. Hold QTS / PGCE or the equivalent
  3. Able to provide two years’ worth of employment references
  4. Positive and enthusiastic approach to education
  5. You will be required to confidently teach Key Stage 3-5 pupils.
  6. Previous experience teaching in a secondary school
