Salary: GBP125 - GBP225 per day (Depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities of the Humanities Early Career Teacher (ECT):

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging humanities lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for humanities subjects.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing feedback to support achievement.
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and departmental development.
• Uphold high standards for classroom management, behaviour, and safeguarding.

Job Requirements:

• Early Career Teacher (ECT) status with specialism in Humanities (History, Geography, RS, or related).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Humanities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, reflective, and resilient approach to professional growth.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
