Job summary

UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity launching the Humanitarian Management Trainee Scheme. It offers three pathways (MEAL, Communications and HR & Membership) with an 18-month pathway designed to provide exposure to humanitarian health programming.

The role is UK-based with international deployment, full-time, and offers a salary of £35,000 gross per annum. Training, mentoring and on-the-job learning are provided throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience in humanitarian work.
• Established technical foundation in your chosen field; some professional and international experience is essential.
• Selection involves online interview followed by an in-person assessment in Manchester, with the assessment date the 19th of November.
