  • Assist Senior Specialists and HR managers on projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a European HR Shared Service Centre, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support to employees across multiple countries. You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative team, helping to shape employee experiences while developing your HR expertise.   • Be part of a new, energetic People Service Centre team supporting over 1,000 employees across 14 countries in Europe.
  • Gain exposure to European HR processes, policies, and systems in a shared service environment.
  • Work closely with experienced HR professionals, learning from the best while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing excellent HR support through the People Service Centre.
  • Learn to navigate and administer HR processes, policies, and compliance across different European countries.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS data entry for benefits and payroll, gaining key system experience.
  • Support the employee journey from onboarding (offer stage to induction) through to career changes and off‑boarding.
  • Work alongside managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, handling key HR processes.
  • Assist Senior Specialists and HR managers on a variety of exciting projects, gaining real‑world HR experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication & relationship‑building skills – you enjoy working with people and can communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
  • Great time management – you can prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • English proficiency – strong English skills are essential, and additional European language skills would be a plus!
  • Detail‑oriented & analytical mindset – you have a keen eye for accuracy and enjoy problem‑solving.
  • HR knowledge or experience – a degree in Human Resource Management and/or previous HR experience would be beneficial.
  • Tech‑savvy & eager to learn – experience with HR systems (such as Workday) is an advantage, but a willingness to learn new technologies is just as important.
