Joss Search is partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire an HR Generalist on a maternity-cover contract. The role focuses on operational HR across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, international business.

You will own onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR data and systems, support payroll processes, and help coordinate global HR projects. A candidate with 4+ years in HR, in HR Generalist or HR Operations, ideally from financial or professional services, will thrive.
