Our very well-established construction client is actively seeking a HR Shared Services Manager to step in and hit the ground running on a permanent basis. This role is a managerial role, looking after the core administrators and HR Advisors within the HR division. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous people management experience, project management exposure, stakeholder collaboration, and full ownership over diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
As a HR Shared Services Manager, duties include:
Candidates will have a strong background in a generalist HR role, ideally 5+ years. Experience within construction, project management, or property would be advantageous.
This role is a full-time, permanent position across 40 hours. The role requires 1 day ON SITE and 4 days REMOTE. Benefits include 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with free parking and private medical after probation.
