Job Description:

This successful, international business is looking for an experienced HR Services Manager to lead and develop a small team in this newly created role.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and developing a high-performing team of HR Services Advisors, ensuring ongoing development.
  2. Overseeing distribution of work, ensuring all advisory tasks are efficiently managed and resolved within appropriate timeframes.
  3. Working closely with the HR Business Partners and ER teams.
  4. Ensuring HR policies and best practices are consistently applied across all cases.
  5. Providing data-driven insights on trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Engaging with ER on a regular basis to update on policy and legislative changes, identifying training needs.
  7. Managing timely closure of employee relations cases such as grievances, absence, flexible working.
  8. Upskilling managers throughout ER processes.
  9. Taking a customer-focused approach, ensuring all interactions focus on delivering fair outcomes.
