The Role

As a Human Resource Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across Manchester and the North West
• Sourcing high-calibre HR professionals from entry-level to senior positions
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job registration to placement
• Building your own client portfolio through business development activities
• Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong sales or recruitment experience (HR sector experience advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial acumen and business development capability
• Resilience and determination to succeed
• Target-driven mentality with a track record of achieving results
• Graduate degree preferred but not essential
