Transformation Project Manager

Location: Brighton

Duration: 12 month FTC

Salary: c£65k plus benefits

Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a fast-paced retailer to source a HR Project Manager to lead the creation, planning, and execution of transformation projects aimed at enhancing global innovation and product development processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a project plan to transform the end-to-end innovation and product launch process, including deploying project management technologies and tools.
  • Engaging and onboarding relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing interdependencies, risks, and opportunities, ensuring timelines and costs are maintained.
  • Leading business development efforts and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and adhering to milestones.
  • Producing reports to analyze project performance and inform decision-making.
  • Establishing project governance to keep stakeholders, including leadership, informed of the project’s status and risks.
  • Leading meetings such as Steering Committee meetings, project meetings, and financial reviews.
  • Developing a communication plan for internal and external stakeholders within the Operations function.
  • Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Proposing initiatives to improve effectiveness and impact.

We seek an experienced HR Project Manager with formal project management experience, exposure to agile working, and transformation experience. The ability to engage employees and stakeholders is essential. Experience with Monday.com is advantageous.
