Job description

Location: 1 day per month in office (London/Surrey), rest from home.

Alexander Lloyd is delighted to support a UK-based Insurance organization in recruiting an HR Projects Lead on an initial 9-month FTC.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for several HR projects running concurrently. These projects will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Comp and Ben review
  2. HR strategy for growth
  3. HR Regulations

You will need to be an established and experienced HR professional, ideally from a financial services organization (to understand SMCR), and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP, so we are only considering applications with notice periods of 4 weeks or less.

You will have/need:

  1. An excellent understanding of SMCR
  2. Experience leading HR projects
  3. A full HR Generalist background
  4. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders quickly and efficiently
  5. Able to multi-task and prioritize workload
  6. Experience shaping HR functions for growth
  7. Able to start on short notice

This organization has a very flexible approach to hybrid working, with around 1 day in the office per month; this may increase as needed.

The salary on offer is up to £85,000 DOE.
