30 hours per week, full year, ideally Monday to Thursday
We are looking for a professional and well-organised individual to provide generalist support across a busy HR function, including undertaking recruitment interviews and supporting case work as necessary.
The role involves responsibilities for staff development, pensions, and leavers. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly IT proficient (especially Word and Excel), and have experience working in a customer-focused HR environment. Candidates should hold (or be willing to work towards) a Level 3 CIPD qualification, as well as Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Please note, if selected for the next stage, attendance at the College’s premises is required unless exceptional circumstances apply.
This position is primarily based at Blossomfield Campus, with possible travel to Woodlands Campus or Stratford-upon-Avon College.
