Job Description

Nova Talent is currently recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join our client’s HR team at their Head Office in Nottingham on a Fixed Term Contract until December 2026.

In this role, the successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for their designated area, providing support and guidance to team members and departmental managers on a wide range of HR matters. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to offer of employment.
  • Overseeing onboarding and induction processes across the business.
  • Requesting and issuing new starter equipment.
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth and organizational capability.
  • Managing absence, including supporting managers and employees.
  • Overseeing the return-to-work process.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Issuing employment contracts and administering changes to existing contracts.
  • Maintaining and updating the employee relations log.
  • Supporting lower-level employee relation issues.
  • Performing HR administrative duties.

Additional support and assistance in other HR functions may be required on occasion.
