A leading tenancy deposit service provider is looking for a Human Resources Officer for their Glasgow office. This part-time role offers flexibility to work from home, focusing on delivering HR best practices and supporting local management in achieving employee objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions and will enjoy comprehensive benefits including private healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do.
We have a new opportunity within the HR team to join them as a Human Resources Officer.
This is a part-time, permanent role based mainly at our Glasgow TDS office. We’re looking for someone who can be in the office 3–4 days a week, but there’s flexibility to work from home at least one day a week. The successful candidate will need to work 5 hours per day, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
