A Day in the Life of the HR Officer

• Provide first-line HR support to staff on daily HR queries
• Drive employee engagement activities and manage all internal communication channels
• Promote a positive environment
• Assist with recruitment and manage Harri & Fourth onboarding for smooth integration of new team members
• Prepare job postings and arrange interviews
• Assist HR manager with training and induction
• Monitor training completion
• Create reports, PowerPoint presentations, and HR projects
• Take notes during meetings
• Maintain employee files and support administrative tasks
• Manage and update Harri and Fourth systems

What We Need From You

• Proven experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, confidential, and supportive approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Resilient and positive attitude
