Key Responsibilities

  • Manage in-house recruitment for healthcare roles: HCAs, Support Workers, Nurses
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC, DBS, Right to Work, and onboarding requirements
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records and digital HR systems
  • Coordinate staff training, inductions, and ongoing performance tracking
  • Address employee queries and support with HR policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the staffing and compliance teams to ensure efficient rota and shift management
  • Remain updated on UK employment law and healthcare workforce regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in UK healthcare HR/recruitment (in-house or agency background)
  • Strong knowledge of NHS framework compliance and healthcare onboarding
  • Excellent communication and administrative abilities
