Job description

We are a freight forwarding company based in Callington, Cornwall (PL17 8HU).

We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR candidate for our office.

Human Resources Officer Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Developing employee relations programs
Ensuring compliance with company and government policies
Advising on salaries, redundancy, and employment law
Maintaining employee records
Promoting equality, health, and safety within the company

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong organisational and communication skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 16.30 pm (At our office in Callington)

Remuneration

Salary negotiable depending on experience
