Human Resources Officer

We are a freight forwarding company based in Callington, Cornwall (PL17 8HU).

We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR candidate for our office.

Human Resources Officer Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Developing employee relations programs
• Ensuring compliance with company and government policies
• Advising on salaries, redundancy, and employment law
• Maintaining employee records
• Promoting equality, health, and safety within the company

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable)
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm (At our office in Callington)
• 1-hour lunch break per day
