We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and manage all aspects of our human resources department. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and retaining talented employees, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and retain talented employees to meet the organization's needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA) laws.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination procedures.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and address HR-related issues that may arise and provide effective solutions.
