My client is looking for a proven, commercially minded HR generalist with experience of managing a small team, a strong background in employee relations, and the resilience to take a business through a period of change. You must be a self-starter, able to challenge the status quo and drive efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
