We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who can own and enhance our HR operations, employee experience, and recruiting efforts—especially within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

As our HR Manager, you’ll work at the center of our people operations—supporting a dynamic, remote consulting team. You’ll own everything from recruiting top-tier Salesforce professionals to managing performance reviews, coordinating onboarding, and leading employee engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Field HR inquiries
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee records
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for team members
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Salesforce talent (e.g., Solution Architects, PMs)
• Track applicants, schedule interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions
• Maintain and update job descriptions and open listings
• Organize and follow up on performance reviews and employee KPIs
• Plan social events and manage employee engagement initiatives
• Collect employee feedback and maintain updated HR policies and handbook
• Coordinate with and provide oversight to our offshore HR team
• Create and manage internal HR forms, letters, and process documentation

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of HR experience
• Technical Recruiting Experience required
• Salesforce industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
• Experience working in a distributed/remote consulting environment
• Proficient in HRIS, ATS, PSA tools; bonus points for Salesforce familiarity
• Strong communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams is a plus
