We’re on the lookout for a proactive and forward-thinking HR Manager to help shape our culture, elevate our employee experience, and improve our HR operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring HR runs efficiently, compliantly, and with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of HR and leading a small, passionate team, you’ll bring innovative ideas, strategic thinking, and genuine engagement to a growing organisation where people truly matter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Champion our culture and support its evolution as we scale.
  • Empower and coach people managers to be effective, inspiring leaders.
  • Embed best practice, tools, and processes to boost HR efficiency and measure impact.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to our reward strategy, support the annual pay review, and ensure competitive benefits.
  • Monitor engagement levels and drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop your HR team, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex HR and payroll matters.
  • Ensure accurate people data and deliver reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Support the Head of HR on global HR initiatives and projects.

What you'll bring:

  • A solid background in HR operations, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team.
  • A good grasp of UK employment law; European experience a bonus.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Demonstrable experience in operational HR within a growing, global business.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Confidence in managing HR data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience managing reward, benefits, or engagement initiatives.
  • Exposure to organisational change or HR transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with behavioural profiling tools.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll join a supportive, ambitious team that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. Expect a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including private medical insurance and pension contributions, and the chance to make a difference every day.

Salary and Benefits:

The role of HR Manager is offered with a salary of up to £60,000 and will be expected in the office 3 days a week with 2 days offered as a WFH option.
