Job description

Site HR Manager, Hampshire, Permanent, on site, c£50,000 plus excellent benefits.

Our client is a dynamic and evolving FMCG organisation undergoing a period of cultural and operational transformation. As part of their strategic growth agenda, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to help shape and drive forward their people strategy in line with wider business objectives.

Reporting into the site General Manager, this role will lead on the delivery of strategic and operational HR initiatives across the site. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development, whilst also playing a key role in supporting and embedding change programmes. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, this role will connect people and operations, helping to build a strong, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

You are a forward-thinking HR professional with a strong generalist background and a proven track record of driving cultural and organisational change. With excellent communication and influencing skills, you’ll be confident working with stakeholders at all levels and experienced in navigating complex environments. A background in food manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable, as is partnering leadership teams to improve business performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on both strategic impact and hands-on delivery. If you're ready to shape the future of a people-first organisation and play a central role in its transformation journey, we’d love to hear from you.
