Our customer, a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke, fully certified construction products, is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join their growing team.

What You'll Do As HR Manager

  • Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Partner with leadership to drive talent development and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, including working with union representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Own and improve HR processes and policies.
  • Support leave management and respond to employee queries.
  • Provide HR data and KPI reporting to support business decisions.

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years' HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above (Level 5 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with a unionised workforce is essential.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
