The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
  • Managing platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • Ensuring effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management (advantageous).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
