The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integration, data integrity, and compliance, while improving HR operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
• Require strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and management is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
