Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-growing, dynamic industry? Caleb & Brown, a leading global cryptocurrency brokerage, is seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead our people operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our workplace culture, driving talent development, and ensuring organisational effectiveness as we scale.

As HR Manager, you will:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives
  2. Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
  3. Oversee performance management, including quarterly reviews, to foster a high-performing team
  4. Support leadership in setting and achieving company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs)
  5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
  6. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience
  7. Drive company culture, leading the culture committee and organising key events
  8. Oversee office operations and assist with travel management
  9. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that supports employee growth and satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Proven HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or financial services environment
  2. Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  5. Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal compliance, and best practices
