If you answered yes, we are looking for a HR Generalist to provide expert people support across our Kettering office and ESS sites.

This hybrid role (2-3 days in the office) is ideal for someone who’s passionate about employee relations and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing?

  • Providing expert HR advice – Offer generalist HR support to the Kettering office and ESS site teams, escalating matters where needed.
  • Handling employee relations – Advise and guide managers on ER issues, including managing cases up to and including dismissal.
  • Collaborating & influencing – Partner with site managers to resolve people matters and drive positive change.

What are we looking for?

  • HR Expertise – Solid knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices.
  • Qualifications – CIPD Level 3 or Level 5.
  • Experience – At least 5 years in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Adaptability – Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing needs.
  • People Skills – You’re a relationship-builder who can engage and influence at all levels.
