The Early Careers department plays a crucial role in Airbus's future skills strategy by delivering high-quality Early careers programmes. We work to attract and retain diverse individuals from all backgrounds, while creating a positive and inclusive experience for our Early Careers population.
Simultaneously, our Education Liaison team works to address future skills gaps by encouraging and inspiring pupils in schools to find STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects exciting and understand their importance.
As an Early Careers Intern, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the department and put your learning into action in a real-world environment. This will help you understand your strengths and weaknesses, the type of career you want to pursue, and develop skills that will improve your chances of securing your dream job.
This role requires a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, which are the foundations of the company’s success and reputation. Our placements are open to Undergraduates only . Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
