Role Overview

This is a strategic and operational role with full accountability for the global Human Resources function. The Global Head of HR will lead all HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partnering, Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Mobility, and Digital HR Transformation. The role involves driving strategic people initiatives, enhancing governance, leading change during growth or restructuring, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
