Job description

This role involves developing HR dashboards, identifying trends for process improvement, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. You will collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with legal standards and contribute to the success of HR initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support HR strategies and initiatives.
  2. Assist in Mergers & Acquisition HR due diligence by assessing HR-related risks, compliance, and integration opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HR OpCo Management teams to ensure policies and practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain HR data dashboards and reports for metrics tracking and reporting.
  5. Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in HR processes and workforce planning.
  6. Support diversity and inclusion efforts by analyzing relevant data and making recommendations.
  7. Stay updated on labor laws, industry best practices, and HR compliance standards.
  8. Work in collaboration with the HR Data Analytics Manager and team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Analytics or Data Analytics.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar software to create and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  4. Minimum of 3 years of experience using Power Query for data transformation and writing DAX formulas including calculated columns, measures, and time intelligent functions.
  5. Previous experience in Office365 applications such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline processes and create automation initiatives.
  6. Previous experience in Macro VBA to automate reports in Excel is a plus.
  7. Previous experience in People analytics, mergers and acquisitions HR due diligence, compliance, or policy reviews is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with SAP Success Factors or HRIS and any other HR technology platforms is a plus.
  9. Proven ability to manage projects, multitask and adjust work priorities and modes of work to achieve high-quality results.
