Your Day to Day

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department and other departmental managers in the day-to-day HR operations including clerical and administrative duties. You will support in the different areas of HR by providing first-class employee relations services to deliver an excellent colleague experience.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy, including proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a large and diverse team
