HR Coordinator (Learning & Development Focus)
Location: St Ives
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven HR Coordinator with a focus on Learning & Development to support HR operations and employee growth across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries and guidance.
- Coordinating the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and induction through to training, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Managing and maintaining personnel files and HR systems (experience with systems like Dayforce or SLAM Tracker desirable).
- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal learning initiatives across all levels – from junior staff to senior leadership.
- Producing reports on L&D activities and contributing to the development of training programmes.
- Coordinating training logistics including booking venues, preparing materials, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams including Line Managers, Payroll, Finance, and Marketing.
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or higher).
- 1–2 years’ experience in a busy HR environment.
- Experience with HRIS or similar systems – Dayforce is a plus.
- A genuine passion for people, learning, and development.
- Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and valid passport (some travel and weekend flexibility may be required).
