HR Coordinator

(2-3 months)

Are you a confident and proactive HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re on the lookout for a Temporary HR Coordinator to join our LADbible HR team and support our people-first culture across the business.

Working closely with our HR Business Partner, you’ll help drive core HR activity in our Manchester HQ and across our wider UK teams. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR experience, who’s ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the onboarding process for new joiners in Manchester, delivering an amazing first impression of LADbible
  • Manage employee off-boarding and conduct insightful exit interviews
  • Create regular and ad hoc HR reports for our Heads of HR and Business Partners
  • Support key HR processes like KPI tracking and documentation
  • Keep our org charts and HR systems accurate and up to date
  • Be a go-to contact for HR queries and help deliver a brilliant employee experience
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to arrange interviews and support recruitment admin
  • Keep things running smoothly by assisting with general HR and office duties
