Overview

Job Title: HR Coordinator. Location: City of London. Role: 12-month FTC (possibility to go permanent). Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office). Salary: up to £34,000 per annum.

The firm

Our client is a prestigious global law firm with a long-standing heritage and international presence. The firm is recognized for its sophisticated legal services in areas such as banking and finance, corporate transactions, litigation, real estate, and capital markets. The firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on high-value, cross-border matters.

Responsibilities
  • Handling general employee queries via email, over the telephone and face to face, escalating to senior members of the HR team as appropriate.
  • Delivering inductions for new starters.
  • Tracking probations, preparing associated paperwork.
  • Supporting the HR Advisory team during the firm\'s annual business services and fee-earner performance review processes.
  • Drafting correspondence for review.
  • Responsible for onboarding and lifecycle of temporary staff.
  • Assisting the wider HR function with projects and processes as directed.
What you need
  • Previous experience working in an HR role within, the legal industry ideally, or in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
