The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-driven People Services (HR) Coordinator to join our collaborative team. In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our People Services function, helping ensure an exceptional HR experience for our teammates across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping our HR systems accurate and up to date with teammate information
  • Supporting the onboarding journey from offer to start date
  • Coordinating with payroll to ensure smooth processing of changes
  • Tracking absences and liaising with managers
  • Producing monthly reports on key HR metrics
  • Managing the shared HR inbox and responding to queries efficiently
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries
  • Maintaining personnel records and employee lifecycle updates (new starters, changes, leavers)
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documents
  • Supporting training coordination and liaising with external providers
  • Assisting in policy and procedure updates
  • Managing data and reports on training, NMC registration, offboarding and more
  • Supporting annual appraisal tracking and processing reference requests

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • A multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Friendly, professional, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities
  • Experienced with Workday and ADP (an advantage, but not essential)
  • Discreet and sensitive when handling confidential information
