SRG are looking for a HR consultant to join a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces paper-based consumer products. This role is responsible for handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling employee relations cases in the UK across manufacturing and corporate functions.

• Conducting disciplinary investigations and hearings

• Conducting grievance investigations

• Capability management

• Conducting case report writing, writing comprehensive outcome letters.

• Coaching leaders through ER casework and willingness to be hands on vs advisory.

Experience and Qualifications

• Seasoned in role with demonstrable experience.

• Keen to expand ER knowledge

• High volume disciplinary and LTS absence management experience
