The Opportunity

You’ll support a portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor while continuing to develop your own expertise.

• Full-time or part-time considered
• Flexible hours (ideally worked across five days)
• Regular attendance at our Essex and Hertfordshire offices with remote working flexibility

What you’ll be doing

• Providing practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Supporting employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and absence.
• Drafting contracts, policies, letters and HR documentation.
• Undertaking HR audits and recommending improvements.
• Supporting organisational change, engagement and culture projects.
• Building long‑term relationships with clients.
• Keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Working alongside senior consultants to deliver exceptional client service.

About you

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
• Previous HR Advisory/Consultant experience, providing HR advice on a broad range of people matters.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem‑solving.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Genuinely passionate about helping people and businesses succeed.
