This position performs highly responsible duties managing assigned operations and personnel of the Human Resources Department to include the planning, development, and implementation of employee compensation and job classification programs. Directs staff in the planning, development, and implementation of new or revised programs, policies, and procedures to be responsive to County goals and competitive practices.These examples do not include all possible tasks in this work and do not limit the assignment of related tasks in any position of this classification.
