As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and last-mile delivery workforce. You will make a significant impact on our UK business by implementing best HR practices in the logistics industry and helping achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals in logistics and delivery.
  2. Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for key operational roles, providing excellent internal career development opportunities for staff.
  3. Support organization design according to business needs and a constantly changing market.
  4. Champion employee experience through engagement strategies and consistent employee relations practices. Resolve high-risk ER cases and ensure compliance with UK labour laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery-related companies in the UK.
  2. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application in fast-paced operational settings.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, from local and international site leaders to executive board level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chinese language proficiency.
