Are you looking for a new opportunity to use your skills within HR and change management in a new approach?

We are looking for a small team to work alongside our wider HR and OD team with a specific focus on supporting the HR and change management related activities for the organisation wide Target Operating Model changes.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues delivering the transformation programme across the council, providing clear advice, guidance, direction and delivery of HR related activities connected to the workforce elements of the programmes. You will need to be able to work at pace, in a changing landscape, ensuring HR processes are carried out in accordance with internal policies and procedures and best practice. Ensuring managers and staff are supported on the change journey to ensure benefits are realised.

Human Resources Business Partner

£53,607 - £55,620 (Grade 15) Fixed Term 12 months

You will work alongside a wider HR transformation team leading on consultation processes, guiding project leads and managers on consultation processes, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and supporting the redeployment of colleagues where required across the organisation.

You should have previous experience of running change programmes, including developing and advising on consultation documentation, ensuring due processes are completed and that information is mapped and all legal obligations of the council fulfilled.

Your role will be operational and span across the council working with specific programmes to deliver change.
