CoStar Group is currently in search of an experienced HRBP to join our international HR team based in London, UK. The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our management and employees across CoStar International, with a focus on the UK.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience required. HR Business Partner experience required in a role operating in a matrix organization. In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations required. Strong experience in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Strong client-service. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Any expertise in M&A integration processes beneficial. CIPD qualification desirable.
