WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO
We’re looking for a maternity cover for one of our HR Business Partners within our People and Development Team from October 2025 for 12 months. This is a part time role working 30 hours over 4 days.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, and working alongside one other HR Business Partner you will act as an advisor to managers in the business; providing support and guidance through people processes and complex employee relations cases, ensuring these are delivered at high and best practice standards. As well as supporting the wider business when possible, this role will predominantly support the Owned and Operated businesses which currently consists of Jamie Oliver Catherine Street, and our two Cookery Schools (Oxford Street and North London).
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a small and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering a progressive people agenda for the Jamie Oliver Group of companies, all the while ensuring our work is underpinned by our social purpose to build a healthier future for kids.
