Qualifications

  • 5+ years' HR experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with a unionised workforce is essential.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do As HR Business Partner:

  • Lead HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Partner with leadership to drive talent development and succession planning.
