A leading innovative company is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing HR activities, supporting line managers with performance management, leading recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment law. Ideal candidates will hold a CIPD qualification and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
