Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will advise departments across the institution and collaborate with senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include managing complex ER cases, advising on change processes, and offering strategic HR support. You will also help shape the people strategy, using HR data and insights to inform decisions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations Casework: Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.

  • Business Partnering with Senior Leaders: Offer guidance on HR matters, change processes, and organisational priorities.

  • Shaping People Strategy: Use HR data and analytics to shape and inform HR strategies.

  • Promoting Workplace Culture: Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

  • HR Projects: Contribute to key HR projects that enhance processes and the employee experience.

  • Experience in ER Case Management: Proven experience handling complex ER cases.

  • Strategic HR Business Partnering: Strong experience partnering with senior leaders.
