Job Description

Facultatieve Technologies is a leading engineering firm delivering innovative solutions across the cremation and incineration industry. With a strong focus on excellence, we support our global colleagues through forward-thinking operations, all rooted in a culture of respect, inclusion, and integrity.

We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in Leeds, supporting our UK based colleagues (circa 200 headcount). This role is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor who’s ready to take the next step in their career and partner directly with leaders across the business.

You’ll lead on the full employee lifecycle, help shape our UK people strategy, and ensure we create a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner to line managers across all business areas, offering pragmatic HR advice and coaching.
  • Deliver hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, ER case management, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Ensure employment practices are compliant with current legislation and internal policies.
  • Support people development activities, including succession planning, PDRs and capability building.
  • Work closely with managers to build engagement and drive an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Provide insightful HR data and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Lead or support local HR projects aligned to wider company priorities.
  • Support the Global HR Business Partner and wider HR team when required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally within a fast-paced or operational setting.
  • Ready to step into a Business Partnering role or already working at this level.
  • Able to influence, challenge and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 is advantageous but not essential.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Comfortable working onsite 4 days a week in Leeds to support our operational teams.

Salary:

£38,000 to £40,000 per annum.

Working Conditions:

A role with 4 days per week onsite in Leeds. You’ll be embedded in our business, working closely with both leaders and frontline teams.

Benefits:

  • Extra Day Off for Your Birthday
  • EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme
  • 25 day Holiday Allowance
  • Life Assurance (6x Salary)
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Festive December Shutdown
  • Commitment to your personal development and career growth
