Job Description:

We’re supporting a high growth PE backed organisation in their search for an HR Business Partner to lead and support the HR function across multiple sites in the Northwest. In this role, you’ll partner with site leadership teams to deliver both strategic and operational HR solutions that support business goals, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.

You’ll need to be confident working in a fast-moving, multi-site environment, able to build strong relationships with leaders and teams, and comfortable balancing hands-on HR delivery with longer-term strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership – Partner with site leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Operational HR Management – Manage day-to-day HR operations across sites, ensuring processes are efficient and consistent.
  • Employee Relations – Provide clear, practical advice on employee relations matters, resolving issues fairly and effectively.
  • Talent Management – Lead initiatives in recruitment, performance management, and succession planning to build and retain high-performing teams.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure HR practices meet legal requirements and company policies, proactively managing risk.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting – Analyse HR data to identify trends, measure success, and inform decision-making.
  • Change Management – Support and guide change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout.
